Job Summary

Participate in an onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Preferred/Sales Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager placement. Develop consultative sales skills to identify customer financial needs, deliver memorable consumer and small business experiences, and build an integrated book of business supported by Financial Needs Assessments. Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and reinforce a One Bank culture aligned to core values.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and program activities from day one through completion, including the consultative selling skills certification.

•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Use consultative sales to identify customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and cultivate a One Bank culture while participating in community activities.

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities.
•Complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at the time of employment.
