Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts) supporting global operations.
  • •Provide day-to-day legal advice to Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring.
  • •Support data privacy and protection compliance, including GDPR and other regional frameworks.
  • •Assist in monitoring and interpreting telecommunications and consumer protection regulations, flagging risks to stakeholders.
  • •Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal documentation, contributing to legal operations initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 67,500 - 91,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent qualification with 2+ years PQE or equivalent.
  • •Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (partnership, vendor, distribution), ideally at a fast-growing company.
  • •Provide plain-language legal advice to colleagues at the design stage.
  • •Advise on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring.
  • •Manage high volume of contracts and competing priorities without close supervision.
