Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Closed Book Pensions agentification framework and repeatable process methodology from assessment to production deployment.
  • •Analyse end-to-end pension administration processes to eliminate waste and design target-state operating models for agent execution, including escalation frameworks.
  • •Establish governance frameworks for agentic operations, including decision rights, control boundaries, audit management, regulatory oversight, service monitoring, and performance measurement.
  • •Ensure agentic solutions comply with FCA Consumer Duty, operational resilience, data protection, TCF principles, vulnerable customer obligations, and outsourcing/third-party governance; lead risk assessments.
  • •Design and maintain an Agentic Model Office and testing/rollout programs, including process accuracy, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, business continuity, and production readiness.

  • •Significant experience in pensions administration, life & pensions, or other regulated financial services.
  • •Extensive business transformation leadership experience with proven operating model design.

  • •Strong understanding of operational risk and governance frameworks, including experience in FCA-regulated environments.
