Serve as the primary finance partner to the CRO for a consumption-based revenue model, translating variable usage economics into forecast narratives, rolling outlooks, and deal-level recommendations. Support pricing guardrails, deal structures, and GTM efficiency with analytics, KPIs, and integrated FP&A insights across revenue, customer success, data, and COGS teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary finance partner to the CRO for consumption-based revenue and key commercial decisions.
•Translate consumption forecasts and usage economics into forecast narratives, rolling outlooks, and actionable plans across segments, customers, and go-to-market motions.
•Lead monthly business reviews and quantify committed-to-consumed gaps to explain drivers and forecast risks.
•Own customer- and segment-level revenue risk/opportunity analysis, including portfolio health KPIs (consumption rates, overages, usage NRR, churn, LTV) and early warning signals.
•Partner on deal economics, pricing guardrails, and GTM efficiency (including CAC payback and seller productivity) using consumption-based deal structures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•12+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, business finance, or commercial finance, including senior-level business partnering.
•Experience with consumption-, usage-based, or hybrid pricing models and building or leveraging usage-based revenue forecast models.
•Prior experience supporting a revenue, sales, or commercial organization (e.g., CRO), including exposure to deal-desk or commercial-finance structures.
•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including dynamic, scenario-based forecasting, plus familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
