  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it’s safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing vehicles, in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and perform movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires grasping/carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling items of 50 lbs and frequent driving with excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
