Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, prospect, and pitch new referral sources, managing a high-volume pipeline from cold outreach to active partners.
•Nurture and scale existing partnerships to keep them aligned with Ophelia’s clinical and philosophical mission.
•Use CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) to track activity, measure referral-to-patient conversions, and analyze ROI to adjust strategy.
•Spend most of the time in the field meeting healthcare providers, community leaders, and patient advocates to identify needs and remove treatment barriers.
•Collect feedback from partners to refine referral strategies and collaborate across marketing, commercial, clinical, product, and operations teams.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Live in or near Buffalo (ideally within 30 minutes of Erie and Niagara counties) and be willing to travel regularly into Rochester and Northwestern Pennsylvania.
•Able to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (~4 days/week) for meetings with partners.
•2–5 years of experience with a track record in business development, partnership development/management, medical sales, or account management.
•Skilled in independently crafting and executing outreach strategies while monitoring performance metrics and adapting approaches.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset and the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
