Job Summary

Drive business systems analysis work for DEX/endpoint tooling to improve user experience, stability, and performance. Identify and validate use cases, implement automation initiatives, and build stakeholder intake processes. Support problem-hunting and data analysis per use case needs, while coordinating customer success planning and value realization documents. Act as a liaison between vendor and client and provide cross-functional support across ITSM environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.
•Implement and drive automation initiatives.
•Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders.
•Participate in problem-hunting sessions and analyze data per use case needs.
•Create Success Plans, roadmaps, and value realization documents; manage customer/stakeholder relationships and liaise between vendor and client.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of IT experience, including 2+ years managing endpoint tools with Nexthink.
•Experience with Nexthink, 1E Tachyon, and SysTrack, including Platform Foundation & Administrator certificates.
•ITIL Foundation certification.
•Experience using project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
•Experience working with ITSM tools including ServiceNow and Remedy.
