Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the training strategy and task resources across the ADDIE lifecycle
  • •Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather and analyze data, conduct cognitive task analysis, and define competencies
  • •Provide leadership to training development teams, including task assignment, progress tracking, and workload coordination
  • •Track delivery schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • •Identify, escalate, and manage scope and schedule risks
  • •Report project metrics and status updates to Project and Training Managers
  • •Act as the primary liaison between development teams and management
  • •Develop and maintain design, writing, and media standards for training solutions
