Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up on inbound patient requests and support patients throughout their care journey.
  • •Use deep prospecting techniques to outreach patients in a personalized and engaging way.
  • •Place 150–200 outbound calls daily, talk to 80–100 patients, and book an average of 19 appointments per day.
  • •Educate patients and caregivers on the importance and benefits of receiving ordered services in-home with Sprinter Health.
  • •Build understanding of partner care models, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and escalate questions and concerns to other teams as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, including at least 1 year in the healthcare industry.
  • •Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present and explain information to customers.
  • •Experience managing multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • •Experience with Zendesk and Five9 (preferred).
