Key Responsibilities

  • •Own calendar management and deconfliction across multiple workstream leads, including Navy stakeholder meetings, supplier visits, and internal syncs.
  • •Schedule and track supplier engagements end-to-end, managing roll-on/roll-off timing and coverage ownership.
  • •Drive the weekly update process by gathering inputs, writing the narrative, and distributing the update to the broader team.
  • •Manage onboarding logistics including hard badge and laptop requests and follow up on access issues until resolved.
  • •Book domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports, and support in-office and external event planning and coordination.

Key Requirements
