Key Responsibilities

  • •Account for end-to-end delivery of strategic portfolio outcomes supporting business vision through complex global change programmes.
  • •Own and run portfolio governance across value streams, including forums, working groups, escalation routes, and executive briefings.
  • •Identify delivery risks (schedule, scope, cost, resourcing, dependencies) early and drive resolution paths with tech leads and stakeholders.
  • •Apply reporting standards and quality assurance across value streams for RAIDs, governance packs, reporting cadence, and tool usage; maintain technology RAIDs in Clarity.
  • •Lead requirements discovery and validation, translating needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria; coordinate delivery activities and post-release follow-up.

  • •Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role in technology-enabled business change.
  • •Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
  • •Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, governance reporting, and risk/issue/dependency management.
  • •Experience working with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
