Key Responsibilities

  • •Own QA activities for an assigned squad throughout the SDLC, including requirement analysis, test plan/design, execution, defect management, and release support.
  • •Design and execute exploratory, smoke, regression, end-to-end, API, and user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.
  • •Report, document, and verify defects with clear reproduction steps, collaborating with engineers on resolution.
  • •Work with Software Engineers, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
  • •Estimate testing effort, communicate testing progress, identify release risks, and help determine release readiness.

Salary: MXN 454,880 - 568,590 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years hands-on software QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and software testing methodologies.
  • •Experience with exploratory, smoke, regression, end-to-end, API, and user acceptance testing.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, scripts, and other testing documentation.
  • •Experience using tools like Linear, Jira, and TestRail; plus Postman, SQL, and at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
