Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents: design, build, test, deploy, and continuously optimize agent flows for GTM workflow automation.
  • •Architect and build Data360 and Snowflake integration layers to create Unified Customer Profiles (UCP) used as real-time context for Agentforce.
  • •Design prompt models and non-linear system logic, including dynamic routing and refinements to improve response quality and prevent hallucinations.
  • •Establish AI governance and safety guardrails, programmatic circuit breakers, and adversarial/edge-case pressure-testing prior to release.
  • •Oversee API integrations and data synchronization from Data360/Snowflake into GTM platforms to ensure agents use high-fidelity real-time customer data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment, with Salesforce Agentforce preferred.
  • •Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and error-trapping non-linear workflows.
  • •Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce) and API integrations.
  • •Ability to translate operational friction into modern AI solutions; Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/Systems certifications preferred.
