Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive quality consistency for incoming materials and continuously improve IQC business processes.
  • •Set up and maintain SAP QM and SQM/MQM for incoming materials.
  • •Perform incoming material inspection and characterize key incoming materials.
  • •Establish SPC monitoring with reaction mechanisms and manage materials disposition through incoming material MRB.
  • •Work with global stakeholders on supplier quality management and maintain QMS/business-process integrity, reporting performance and opportunities for improvement to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communication and the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.
  • •Baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to responsibly use AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
