Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct manufacturing personnel to complete customer requirements and meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.
  • •Assess performance indicators and take actions to ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • •Ensure required documentation and system transactions (e.g., employee hours, work order postings) are completed for reporting needs.
  • •Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and develop/implement standardized work for critical machining, assembly, and test processes.
  • •Provide on-shift leadership for training execution and manage facilities/maintenance alerts and communication to the next shift.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.

  • •Knowledge of machining and/or assembly manufacturing processes (including CNC exposure preferred).
