Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with claim handlers, clients, and the founding team to identify and solve workflow problems.
  • •Shape the technical culture and help build the engineering team from the ground up.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external users to understand how claim handling can be improved and ship product changes.
  • •Help scale a startup from 0 to 1 alongside the founding team.
