Partner with site leaders to drive people-first HR operations, supporting employee relations, retention, and labor relations. Manage workforce coordination including time/attendance data entry, job/vacation bid processes, onboarding, training, and payroll support. Communicate HR guidance and ROI principles while ensuring compliance through HR audits and accurate HRIS records. Provide strategic HR policy guidance and workforce planning recommendations alongside the site HR leader.

Key Responsibilities

•Foster positive labor and employee relations, supporting workplace investigations under the guidance of the site HR leader.
•Collaborate with plant management on hourly retention and workforce management; support time and attendance review, job/vacation bid processes, onboarding, training, and payroll processing.
•Communicate and reinforce HR guidance and ROI guiding principles, providing resources for employees (e.g., FMLA, LOA, ADA) to support success.
•Support HR compliance by assisting with HR-related audits (e.g., SMETA/SWA) and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
•Partner with the site HR leader to guide HR policies and procedures, handle employee inquiries and records management, and support workforce planning recommendations, orientation, and on-the-job training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field and 2+ years of related experience (or equivalent education and experience), required.
•Solid understanding of employment law practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
•Proven ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information and collaborate across all levels.
•Experience administering benefits, compensation, and HR programs using HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
