Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Senior Manager Compliance in day-to-day operations of the IBG Compliance unit.
  • •Ensure AML/KYC compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements pertaining to IBG, including overseas branches.
  • •Support the business with compliant solutions to regulatory requirements and intervene to stop non-compliant transactions/processes/business proposals.
  • •Proactively and promptly escalate critical issues to prevent investigations, charges, fines, or public reputational damage by regulators.
  • •Support implementation of compliance initiatives in IBG as guided by HO-Compliance.

  • •Assist the Senior Manager Compliance in day-to-day operations of the IBG Compliance unit.
