Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex hardware and software programs, from concept through mass production. Own technical planning and cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, and customer touchpoints, coordinating systems and engineering dependencies, requirements traceability, and integration risks. Partner with internal leaders and external stakeholders (suppliers, contract manufacturers, government customers) while driving agile, iterative delivery and lightweight program tools, metrics, and contingency plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own development and deployment of TRS technologies from concept through mass production, ensuring contractual requirements, milestones, and technical standards are met.
•Lead cross-functional engineering teams across Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Test throughout the product lifecycle.
•Serve as the bridge between Program leadership (Program Managers, General Manager, Chief Engineer) and functional engineering teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Software).
•Organize system requirements with clarity and traceability, managing hardware/software integration dependencies.
•Drive agile program execution by managing cost, deliveries, risks, schedule, and lightweight tools/processes; proactively mitigate technical and program risks with contingency planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (technical background required); Master's degree (MBA or M.S. in Engineering) preferred.
•5+ years of progressive technical program management experience delivering complex systems integrating hardware and software through the product lifecycle.
•Strong background in hardware development programs, including hardware/software interaction, embedded systems, firmware, and software infrastructure, with delivery from concept to mass production.
•Direct experience with products integrating autonomy and AI capabilities (drones, UAVs, robotics, autonomous vehicles).
•Proficiency with modern program management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) and the ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
