Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain scalable lakehouse data platforms using Databricks Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
  • •Develop and operationalize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Azure Data Factory and Databricks Workflows.
  • •Architect data models, semantic layers, and data products for enterprise analytics, AI, and reporting; implement data governance and metadata management using Collibra and Unity Catalog.
  • •Build and operationalize production-grade ML, deep learning, and generative AI models using Azure ML/MLflow/Databricks ML; engineer end-to-end MLOps for training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  • •Lead OT/industrial data integration (PI System, SCADA, DCS) and deliver BI/semantic models in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI while applying Responsible AI governance for explainability, fairness, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 12+ years’ hands-on experience in enterprise data engineering, AI/ML platform development, and cloud-native architectures with production deployment and operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Experience embedding governance within modern data platforms (preferably Databricks) and integrating SAP/Oracle ERP domains.
  • •Proficiency designing and deploying scalable, secure data platforms and operational data pipelines for enterprise analytics, AI, and reporting.
  • •Relevant certifications in one or more of: Databricks (Data Engineer, ML Professional), Microsoft Azure (Data Engineer, AI Engineer, Solutions Architect), MLOps, or Data Governance (Collibra).
