SoC / Chip Lead – ASM Industrial & RTL Manager

Own end-to-end delivery of the first T28 industrial ASIC for the ASM Industrial business, combining full chip ownership with RTL team leadership. Drive spec-to-architecture-to-RTL-to-silicon execution, lead PPA (performance/power/area), and manage quality, cost, and schedule trade-offs. Oversee RTL, DV, DFT, PD, and validation, ensure pre-silicon sign-off and post-silicon bring-up, and lead/grow the RTL design team with strong micro-architecture and integration practices.
