Job Summary

Maintain and repair pump, power, and HVAC equipment at a rental facility, using real-time technology to manage work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues. Troubleshoot failures in the shop and on customer job sites, perform preventive maintenance, and help set up and operate equipment. Assist with training lower-level technicians and keep daily documentation complete, while following safe practices and OSHA knowledge when applicable.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; and order parts.
•Diagnose root causes and corrective actions for equipment issues in the shop and at customer locations.
•Perform preventive maintenance and repairs for power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and oil-free air compressors.
•Set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites, working individually or with another technician.
•Maintain daily paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and assist with training lower-level technicians as needed.
