Own channel motion for Canada as part of the Channel Acceleration Team—building partner-sourced pipeline, improving deal velocity, and turning partner strategy into repeatable field plays. You report on channel KPIs and partner-driven growth while partnering with sales and solutions architecture to plan and execute.

Key Responsibilities

•Own partner-sourced pipeline generation and bookings for the Canada territory, partnering with regional sales leadership to plan and execute channel motion.
•Build and maintain a territory game plan: map accounts, attach actionable partner plays with owners and next steps, and deliver channel briefings with forecast call participation.
•Run inbound partner onboarding end to end and drive joint business planning with regional partners, including portal access confirmation and recurring partner cadence.
•Execute deal and operational rigor: build and submit quotes across reseller, distributor, MSP, and hyperscaler motions; maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate opportunity status; manage partner deal registrations.
•Measure and report on channel metrics (pipeline/revenue, attach rate, average deal size, hyperscaler attach) and use customer consumption/telemetry to identify risk and expansion early.

Key Requirements

•Experience in channel or partner management, alliances, or partner-facing sales, ideally in enterprise software, cloud, or data infrastructure.
•Proven ability to generate partner-sourced pipeline and influence revenue within an assigned territory.
•Comfort operating in a CRM daily with strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting.
•Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC, including coaching partners through it.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to brief leaders quickly and create enablement partners will use.
