Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and sustain trusted relationships with business leaders across Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Operations and Experience, Security, IT and Data, bringing problems early for solutioning.
  • •Translate business operating pain into technical scope by questioning assumptions, challenging requests, and proposing better options.
  • •Contribute as a builder by writing and reviewing production code, leading complex integration design, and owning ambiguous cross-system problems.
  • •Own the team’s technical standards through design review, code review, and architectural direction.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop developers, including delivery planning across scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk, and trusted status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of application development experience, including at least 2 years managing a development team and delivering custom builds.
  • •Strong working knowledge of a general-purpose language such as Java, TypeScript, Ruby, or Python, with recent hands-on production system building.
  • •Experience planning and furthering individual team members’ professional growth (1-1s, performance reviews, ongoing feedback, goal-setting, promotions).
  • •Experience owning integrations and data flows across third-party software platforms.
  • •Infrastructure-as-Code experience using tools like Terraform for automation in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
