Job Summary

Provide senior-level instrumentation and electrical support for ONEOK’s Natural Gas Liquids operations in Windom, Kansas. Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, maintain, and repair instrumentation, flow computers, SCADA/RTUs, DCS, PLC systems, ESD systems, analyzers, and power distribution equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and measurement witness tests, maintain accurate records and reports, and respond to operational, safety, environmental, and DOT-related requirements. On-site role with periodic on-call coverage and travel within the coverage area.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate/adjust, and maintain electrical/electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, analytical, measurement, control, and automation systems and related equipment.
•Maintain and support equipment including instrumentation, flow computers, SCADA/RTUs, DCS, PLC systems, and ESD systems.
•Perform preventative maintenance and/or analytical testing on compressors/engines, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
•Maintain electrical power circuits, switchgear, and power distribution (including high voltage), and perform/observe measurement equipment witness tests.
•Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, and environmental records and prepare reports, respond to operational/safety/environmental/DOT-related requirements, and support field needs.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,000 - 131,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience installing, troubleshooting, calibrating/adjusting, maintaining, and repairing instrumentation and related systems used in safe, reliable operations.
•Strong instrumentation and electrical experience, including pipeline instrumentation and electrical experience (preferred).
•Experience with PLCs and control systems (strong plus).
•Ability to read and interpret repair orders, mechanical drawings, procedures, charts/diagrams, gauges, and equipment manuals.
•Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, including safety/environmental documentation and electrical schematics/diagrams.
