Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the availability, reliability, and maintenance of mechanical systems including oil-free air, HVAC, chilled water plants, boilers, environmental abatement, and compliance exhaust systems.
  • •Support daily tactical efforts to meet safety, reliability, and environmental targets for mechanical systems.
  • •Design and analyze mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations to resolve problems.
  • •Develop engineering scopes of work, conduct design reviews, and support feasibility studies, testing, prototype fabrication, and design testing.
  • •Partner with internal business units and operations teams to deliver mechanical engineering solutions and drive commissioning of new and modified systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in facilities engineering, or a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years in facilities engineering.
  • •Experience with oil-free air systems, HVAC systems, chilled water plants, boilers, environmental abatement systems, or compliance exhaust systems.
  • •Experience providing services support for large-scale manufacturing or mechanical facilities.
  • •Ability to identify, analyze, and solve immediate issues with technical equipment.
  • •Experience with mechanical (pumps, piping, valves) and control (instrumentation, PCS) systems.
