Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist on Global Inclusion Week and BRG Affinity month initiatives and communications.
  • •Support the local Impact Team with Summer Employee Activities and Engagements.
  • •Assist with the annual CEO Awards process, including communications and testing as needed.
  • •Collaborate with the Inclusion & Belonging, Sustainability, and Communications teams to develop culture- and purpose-focused campaigns.
  • •Improve the employee experience by providing ideas, support, and improvements for Ingredion’s internal video channel.

Key Requirements

  • •Progress towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Economics, or a related field (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 preferred).
  • •Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree Program (if undergrad, at least two years of coursework with sophomore/junior or non-graduating senior status).
  • •Ability to work 40 hours per week during the summer internship term.
  • •Strong business insight and continuous improvement mindset.
  • •General knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong verbal/written communication with attention to detail.
