•Own OKR planning, weekly business reviews, and the quarterly cadence to ensure every team member understands their work and its impact.
•Translate between engineering, growth, and operations to unblock dependencies and enforce priority discipline.
•Redesign recurring reports and automate processes so manual work is minimized and scalable.
•Be AI-native, leveraging LLMs and agents to replace manual workflows where possible.
•Write concise briefs that distill multi-variable problems into actionable executive insights and, when needed, PM features for critical initiatives.

•Extreme attention to detail and highly organized with strong prioritization and context-switching abilities.
•Technically literate; comfortable discussing tradeoffs with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
