Job Summary

Design and build scalable backend services, APIs, and data processing pipelines that power desktop and distributed applications. You’ll architect service-layer validation, analytics, and business rule enforcement, optimize for performance and concurrency, and implement secure authentication/authorization and data handling. Work closely with code reviewers and DevSecOps teams to support CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing while integrating with Electron-based thick client applications.

•Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs to support thick client desktop applications.
•Architect service-layer logic for validation, analytics, and business rule enforcement.
•Develop and maintain data processing pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
•Optimize backend systems for performance, concurrency, and efficient resource utilization.
•Implement secure authentication/authorization and secure data handling, collaborating with DevSecOps on CI/CD, containerization, and automated testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Expertise in one or more backend languages/frameworks such as Java/Spring, Python/FastAPI/Django, C#/.NET, or Node.js.
•Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
•Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
•Experience handling structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, or schema-driven models.
•Experience delivering software in Agile/Scrum environments.
