Key Responsibilities

•Produce monthly, on-time, accurate resident bills using utility billing platforms.
•Ensure all inputs for the billing process are available to maximize revenue recoupment for clients.
•Review and analyze outputs to the billing process and collaborate with clients to finalize and process monthly utility statements.
•Review variance reports and datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency of billing practices and results.
•Collaborate across the Zego Utility Team to move properties efficiently through the billing process.

•Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
•Strong numerical and analytical skills
•Comfortable in a fast-paced technology company with high growth potential
•Ability to learn and retain utility billing concepts
•Client-facing customer service experience is a plus
