Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilise AI development tools to read, analyse, refactor, and generate clean, secure, testable code.
  • •Collaborate with senior engineers to evaluate AI-generated solutions and peer code against edge cases and design best practices.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams globally (architects, product, SRE, security) to meet FinTech security and scaling requirements.
  • •Assist with technical implementation and support for new and existing clients in partnership with application support teams.
  • •Contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle and help deliver reliable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (0–2 years).
  • •Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals (e.g., Java), data structures, and relational database design.
  • •Comfortable using LLMs and AI coding assistants to navigate and transform codebases.
  • •Engineering discipline to review AI-generated code for logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, and scalability.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with product, support, and security.
