Key Responsibilities

•Plan the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steer product direction using business and product analysis.
•Analyze and diagnose business problems to identify users’ pain points and priorities, including competitive analysis for responsible areas.
•Deliver secure, user-friendly products and coordinate multiple teams (e.g., technology, testing & operations) to achieve product business goals.
•Own product operations including training and data analysis, and analyze user feedback and behavior.
•Continuously optimize the product user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products.
•Independently perform product requirement analysis and product design work, and provide guidance for sub-products.
•Familiar with internet product design and development processes; communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient launches.
•Proactively plan product development by tracking industry trends, communicating across teams, and promoting business progress.
•Ability to focus on identifying user pain points and priorities and steering requirements effectively.
