Estimating Associate Director/ Project Director Defence

Lead and/or manage the production of accurate estimates and cost plans for defence projects and programmes across the South East, South West, and Midlands. Drive estimating good practice, support departmental objectives, and stay current in estimating expertise. Support or lead bids for new work, provide direction to team members, and act as a client-facing role model while developing new business opportunities. (Hybrid, 2–3 days/week).
