Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical programs across multiple functions and worldwide teams to expand factory capabilities with standardized global design.
  • •Identify operational problems using data analytics and launch projects to improve supply chain services processes, including New Service Introduction (NSI).
  • •Design, develop, and improve new or existing supply chain services processes, and execute strategy to deliver new processes/capabilities.
  • •Enhance customer experience and employee productivity by automating processes and connecting siloed systems/data/processes.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement, requirements, scope and timelines, provide status updates to sponsors, and ensure successful adoption through change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 8-10+ years of experience after college graduation, including 8+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management.
  • •4+ years of experience across supply chain functions with an end-to-end supply chain understanding.
  • •PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certification and LSS Green Belt certification (or equivalent), with experience applying Agile practices and end-to-end digital transformation.
  • •Demonstrated experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs, and SAP, including SAP materials management and factory processes (e.g., service orders, material master, SKU/CTO, EDI signals).
  • •Hands-on reporting and analytics experience using Power BI and/or Excel (pivot charts/slicers), plus strong communication for executive-facing presentations.
