Job Summary

Lead engineering programs for the SCFS organization to expand Factory Configuration Services into new markets. Drive process improvement and automation by connecting siloed systems, using data analytics to identify operational issues, and delivering new supply chain services processes. Coordinate multi-function, worldwide project teams, serve as the New Service Introduction focal point, and manage change adoption while communicating progress to sponsors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Use data analytics to identify operational problems and launch projects to improve processes.
•Lead technical programs across multiple functions and worldwide project teams to expand factory capabilities for global customers.
•Serve as the SC focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI) and execute new service processes/capabilities.
•Design, develop, and improve supply chain service processes while enhancing customer experience with intuitive tools.
•Drive people change management for adoption of new or changed processes and communicate program status to sponsors and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required, preferably in Engineering or Supply Chain.
•Typically 8–10+ years of experience after college graduation and 8+ years of medium scale/cross-functional project management experience.
•Typically 4+ years in supply chain functions with understanding of end-to-end supply chain.
•PMI PMP or PMI-ACP certification, and LSS Green Belt certification (or equivalent).
•Experience with PLM/PDM/BOMs and SAP, plus building reports using Power BI or Excel pivot charts/slicers.
