Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute engineering for transmission projects up to 765kV.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules and run weekly/bi-weekly project meetings.
  • •Coordinate with clients on project status and support project meetings in person and remotely.
  • •Demonstrate transmission line design expertise across tools and deliverables (e.g., PLS-CADD, staking, foundations, loadings, specifications, estimates, and construction support).
  • •Support Project Managers with status reports, and help develop scope, schedule, and budget while managing scope variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • •5-7 years of post-education experience
  • •3+ years’ transmission-field experience designing/managing projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • •Understanding of NESC, RUS, and/or GO-95
  • •Strong proficiency with transmission fundamentals and PLS-CADD; excellent written and oral English communication
