Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and own system instructions for AI voice agents, including persona definition, tone calibration, identity verification scripts, and dialect-specific behavior for Gulf Arabic audiences.
  • •Manage agents across the customer contact lifecycle and encode lender-specific compliance rules into system instructions.
  • •Run daily test calls, review live/recorded calls for bugs, off-script responses, or compliance gaps, and ship hotfixes quickly.
  • •Develop and evaluate agent voices, and tune STT/ASR, TTS, and latency parameters to maintain call quality.
  • •Monitor AI/voice tooling progress, maintain prompt documentation across client projects, and improve agent realism and effectiveness based on call dynamics.

Key Requirements

  • •Native or near-native Arabic speaker.
  • •Demonstrated experience in AI prompt engineering or training AI/LLM models in a professional setting.
  • •Working knowledge of voice AI stack, including STT/ASR, TTS, and latency management, plus hallucination mitigation.
  • •Understanding of LLM behavior such as temperature, constraints, failure modes, and manipulation resistance.
  • •Ability to write structured, unambiguous prompts in both English and Arabic, with high attention to detail.
