Key Responsibilities

  • •Process digital AFEs and upload supplemental documentation into KM FileNet for new engineering projects.
  • •Process and manage digital information for acquisitions and divestitures.
  • •Respond to customer requests through records research and information retrieval.
  • •Coordinate with Facilities to manage information governance records and data during office moves, consolidations, and downsizing.
  • •Ensure records are organized, retained, and accessible according to information governance requirements and train staff on IG policies and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 7 years of experience in records management/information governance systems (degree may substitute).
  • •Basic understanding of records and information governance management concepts and principles.
  • •Knowledge and experience with privacy and records management laws and regulations (federal and state/provincial).
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and information retrieval; FileTrail and FileNet are preferred.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize on short notice, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
