Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HRTech systems to optimize HR processes and improve the global associate experience.
  • •Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows for enterprise HR capabilities.
  • •Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to ensure AI-enabled capabilities are implemented securely and compliantly.
  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and provide technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design and operational excellence.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and architects to deliver robust cloud-based full-stack solutions and reusable frameworks, reducing technical debt and improving performance.

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
  • •3+ years of experience with database and database management systems.
  • •4+ years of experience contributing to open source frameworks.
