  • •Manage department operations, prioritize production requirements, review in-process inventory reports, and assign machining priorities.
  • •Assign daily work schedules, monitor employee performance for safety/quality/productivity, and initiate maintenance work orders as needed.
  • •Coordinate attendance, overtime equalization, vacation, training, and time-off request records; manage department expense budgets and run daily meetings.
  • •Initiate and coordinate job bidding, determine employee eligibility, assist with personnel requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to improve plant processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 126,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of Production Supervisor or Team Lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 3 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with lean transformation, production planning, SAP, and SPC.
