•Lead site selection and lease negotiations for new office locations
•Partner with brokers, landlords, and legal counsel to secure the right spaces on the right terms
•Own construction and office build-outs end-to-end, including budgeting, timelines, vendor management, and execution
•Research and navigate operational requirements for new states and countries, including entity setup, zoning, and local compliance considerations
•Partner closely with Finance on real estate planning, workplace budgets, and ongoing cost management
