Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage bids and projects in accordance with Thales guidelines to meet business objectives.
  • •Liaise with functional teams to ensure efficient bid/project delivery and coordinate external/internal communications.
  • •Develop winning strategies and compelling offers, including gate reviews in line with Thales Governance framework.
  • •Prepare, monitor and manage integrated schedule, budget, baselines, risks and opportunities.
  • •Coordinate and negotiate supplier/partner/subcontractor input and deliver internal and customer reporting, KPI analysis and mitigation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or another suitable discipline.
  • •IPMA Certification (or ability to secure certification).
  • •At least three years’ Bid and Project Management experience with multi-partners/major co-contractors.
  • •Experience working with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • •Proven leadership and communication skills, including authoring and editing internal and customer materials.
