Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special purpose machines as assigned
  • •Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts, and complete tasks
  • •Test malfunctioning machinery, troubleshoot, determine repairs, and discuss with the plant supervisor for approval
  • •Replace faulty parts including electrical wires, motors, controls, and circuit boards
  • •Observe equipment operation and listen for sounds to identify improper functioning or causes of trouble
