Job Summary

Define and optimize pricing for Etihad products across market segments by forecasting consumer demand and selling fares. Own monthly revenue performance versus targets, set optimal prices using a strategy benchmarked against other carriers, and adjust daily based on market, economic factors, and competitor behavior. Ensure forecast accuracy to support the revenue management optimization engine, and partner with commercial stakeholders on customer-centric offerings and revenue management operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver monthly revenue performance against agreed targets and optimize network revenue.
•Set optimal prices by market segment using a pricing strategy versus benchmark carriers, with Market Managers’ buy-in and adherence to pricing policies.
•Manage and forecast demand at different pricing levels, focusing on revenue maximisation during holiday periods and special events.
•Ensure accuracy of forecasted consumer demand and selling fares that feed into the revenue management optimization engine.
•Make daily adjustments to price and demand levels based on current market/economic factors and competitor behavior.

Key Requirements

•Educated to degree level or with relevant analytical experience.
•5 years working experience in a numerate and analytical role.
•High familiarity with airline systems such as PROS, Origin & Destination Systems, GDS, MIDT, and management accounting reports.
•Ability to evaluate pricing requests using logical, fact-based analysis.
