You will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution, collaborating across marketing, design, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable experimentation, localization, analytics, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own website strategy and roadmap, ensuring Cresta.com evolves alongside the growth of the business and marketing organization.
•Spearhead the website CRO strategy, designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys, turning more visitors into MQLs and pipeline.
•Manage web intake and prioritization, managing 5+ new weekly requests across stakeholders and maintaining a clear, transparent backlog and delivery plan.
•Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working in lockstep with our web agency to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work.
•Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in web marketing or growth roles within B2B SaaS.
•Proven track record owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution.
•Hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows.
•Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies.
•Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools; hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements.
