A senior venture capital leader responsible for originating, evaluating, and investing in healthcare AI-enabled ventures. Key Responsibilities

•Thesis & Ideation: Identify white space in healthcare where AI-native businesses can create outsized outcomes, develop original investment theses, validate via primary conversations, and draft collateral to attract founders to Redesign’s platform.
•Founder Sourcing, Selling & Co-Ideation: Find top 1% founders, build a network, present concepts, and lead co-ideation to transform themes into venture-scale concepts while quickly rejecting weak opportunities.
•Diligence & IC Delivery: Stress-test theses, identify key questions, and shepherd founders and concepts to the Investment Committee with clarity and speed.
•Network & Ecosystem Building: Develop a robust pipeline across VC networks and healthcare ecosystems, building deep relationships with tier-one firms, operators, and strategic investors.
•Portfolio Company Partnership: Interface with portfolio founders to deliver strategic leverage, governance insight, and board interaction where appropriate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, with a record of high academic achievement
•10+ years of experience with a significant portion in venture capital, company building, or early-stage investing
•Deep healthcare domain expertise with the ability to develop original investment theses across care delivery, health tech, and healthcare services
•Established network across the venture capital, healthcare operator, and startup ecosystems with a demonstrated ability to source and attract exceptional founding prospects
•Fluency in business model analysis, investment thesis development, and financial modeling
