Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 12 years of relevant experience, including 4 years of leadership (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience in business development across market sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Municipal and State Governments, and others.
  • •Demonstrated growth experience with significant PMCM and Program Management awards.
  • •Experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance.
  • •Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program, project, and construction management awards.
