Key Responsibilities

  • •Use planning systems to create forecasts and demand plans supporting the enterprise S&OP process.
  • •Support/facilitate pre-Demand Review working sessions with S&OP stakeholders.
  • •Define and document assumptions included in forecast and/or demand plan.
  • •Perform trend analysis with qualitative input, and run “what-if” scenarios to project outcomes for business decisions.
  • •Track and measure plan performance (e.g., forecast accuracy, bias, value add, attainment) and present executive summaries, risks/opportunities, and mitigation options to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or operations with a focus on working capital optimization.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data/financial modeling.
  • •Experience with supply chain finance programs and advanced planning tools such as DA/Blue Yonder, Netstock, Aera, or Anaplan.
  • •APICS CPIM and Lean/Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
