Key Responsibilities

•Serve as one of the lead onboarding partners across the U.S., providing comprehensive support for all new hire onboarding processes, including Workday entries, onboarding template management, scheduling coordination, and ensuring a best-in-class employee experience from offer to first day.
•Co-lead the Harold Burson Summer Internship Program, supporting recruitment, onboarding preparation, program coordination, and intern experience management throughout the summer.
•In partnership with the U.S. L&D team, manage systems, including employee set-up, data accuracy, reporting support, and ongoing process maintenance.
•Track, coordinate, and administer employee personnel milestone programs and ad-hoc recognition efforts (e.g., gift card distribution and related communications).
•Maintain and update internal email distribution lists to ensure organizational accuracy and effective communication across teams and functions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4-6 years of professional HR experience, ideally in an agency or professional service environment
•Experience with Workday onboarding entries, onboarding template management, and scheduling coordination
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to partner with remote teams and adapt to frequently changing schedules
