Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and execute multi-year strategy aligned with customer needs and business growth goals.
  • •Oversee full P&L performance, including annual plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts; drive profitability, cost competitiveness, and asset utilization.
  • •Oversee all foundry operations (melting, molding, core making, finishing, maintenance, metallurgy) to deliver consistent quality and production performance.
  • •Lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts to increase throughput, reduce scrap, improve labor efficiency, and enhance equipment reliability.
  • •Build and develop high-performing, collaborative teams and strengthen employee and union relationships, including workforce planning and participation in negotiations and grievance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Business, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales, preferably within foundry, metal casting, or heavy industrial environments.
  • •Strong business acumen with experience owning P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • •Experience building and leading high-performing teams, including leadership development and organizational change.
  • •Ability to lead in a unionized environment, including participation in negotiations and labor-management relations.
