Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure projects succeed against financial, schedule, and performance targets defined by contract and internal expectations.
  • •Review performance trends, prepare cost impact analysis, and deliver monthly project performance reports; update forecasts based on earned value and progress.
  • •Prepare regular cost reports tracking actuals and committed vendor/subcontractor costs against budgets; monitor key indicators including estimate-to-complete and end dates.
  • •Establish project budgets from proposal estimates and coordinate work breakdown structures with other project personnel.
  • •Support procurement and contracting activities (purchase orders/subcontract agreements), monitor vendor spending, raise issues, and assist with invoicing and payment release paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience in project controls (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Ability to effectively lead the project controls function on small and large projects for a portfolio of projects and multiple project managers.
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Willingness to learn basic Federal Contract Requirements to support project managers on federal contracts.
  • •US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.
